Bagalkote: School Bus and Tractor Accident Claims Four Students’ Lives

Bagalkote: In a tragic incident near Algur in Jamakhandi taluk, Bagalkote district, a school bus collided with a tractor late on Sunday night, resulting in the death of four students, including a girl. Additionally, eight students sustained injuries in the accident.

The victims have been identified as Govind (13), Basavaraj (17), Shwetha (13), and Sagar Kadakol (17). All four were students of Vardhamana Education Institute. Two of the deceased were in the second year of pre-university (PUC), while the other two were in class 9.

The accident occurred as the bus was en route to Kavatagi village after a program.
